Collection conference of the Academic Folklore Society (AFS)
The collection conference of AFS will be held at 12:00 on Thursday, November 11, in the hall of Estonian Literary Museum.
On the second annual collection conference the field expeditions of folklorists and others conducted this summer will be introduced. Presentations provide an overview of collection expeditions in different regions of Estonia from the Saaremaa Island to the Setu County, as well as in Siberia and among the Veps and the Votians. Fieldwork conducted by students of the Estonian Academy of Arts and ethnologists of the University of Tartu. See schedule.
